What can I contact the editors about?

This site is an independent editorial review resource. We read, test and write about the broker Tickmill for readers in Kenya. We are not the broker, we are not affiliated with the broker, and we do not open accounts, hold client funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or give financial advice. The document you are reading is editorial material, not a service contract and not an offer of any financial product.

You can contact the editors about the content of our review: a statement you believe is inaccurate, a feature we have described that no longer matches what you see, a term or condition we have summarised, or a question about how we reached a conclusion. We also welcome questions about our editorial approach, such as how we decide what to cover or how we separate our own testing from the broker's published material.

We answer questions about the review itself. We do not answer questions that require access to your trading account, because we have no access to it and no authority over it.

What can't the editors answer?

We cannot help with anything that belongs to your relationship with the broker. That includes opening or closing an account, verifying your identity, deposits and withdrawals, trading positions, order execution on your account, fees charged to you, login and password problems, and any dispute about money. We have no access to client records and no way to intervene on your behalf.

We also cannot give personal financial advice, recommend whether you should trade, or comment on your individual circumstances. Our review describes the broker's offer as we found it; it is not a recommendation to open an account or to trade.

If your question concerns your account or your funds, it needs to go to the broker directly, not to this desk.

How do I submit a factual correction?

Write to us through the contact form on this site. Tell us which part of the review is affected, quote the sentence or section as it appears, and explain what you believe is correct. If you can, include the source for the correction, such as a dated page from the broker's own site or a document you received from the broker.

We check every correction against the source before changing anything. If the point is confirmed, we amend the review and note the change. If we cannot confirm it, we tell you why and leave the text as it stands. We do not remove accurate editorial content because a reader disagrees with it, and we do not publish corrections that consist only of promotional claims.

Please keep the message to the point. A clear description of the error and its source is more useful to us than a long account of your experience.

What languages does the desk read?

The desk reads and answers in English. Correspondence in English reaches the editors directly and is handled fastest.

We can read simple messages in Swahili, but our replies are written in English. If you write in another language, we may not be able to process the message, and we will not translate documents sent to us.

For anything involving a correction, English is the safer choice, because the review itself is published in English and the wording of the correction needs to match it.

How long does a reply take?

We aim to acknowledge messages about the review within five working days. A substantive answer, particularly one that requires us to check a source, usually takes longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Corrections supported by a clear source are dealt with first. General questions about our editorial approach may take longer, and we do not reply to messages that are abusive, repetitive, or that ask us to do something outside the scope described on this page.

The desk is small and editorial work comes first, so please allow the stated time before writing again.

Where do I go for help with my account?

For anything concerning your account, your money or your trading, use the broker's own support channels. The broker's website lists its official support routes, including the client area and the contact details published there. This site does not publish or pass on broker contact details, and we cannot forward your message.

If your complaint is about this site rather than the broker, send it through the contact form on this site and mark it clearly as a complaint about our editorial content. We will look at it under the same correction process described above. We are not a regulator and cannot escalate a complaint about the broker; any such complaint must go to the broker and, where relevant, to the authorities named in the broker's own terms.
